One hundred and seventy people enjoyed FGC’s tablescape program on March 20, 2024. Eleven teams each chose a different iconic “guest,” and created a table topped with decorative features and centerpieces depicting the lives of their notable guests. “Invited” guests included authors, artists, explorers, musicians and athletes. In addition to eight tables designed by Framingham Garden Club members, participants included the Framingham History Center, the Framingham Public Library and Pinefield Garden Club.
Additionally, Ikebana master Minal Akkad from the O’Hara School of Ikebana, wowed the crowd with her amazing creative Ikebana design.
