We continue to grow! As Spring turns into Summer, we want to send a huge THANK YOU to the vendors that donated materials for Earth Day and FGC’s Community Giving Garden program. Several generous vendors provided soil, grow bags and seedlings, including Ace Hardware, Coast of Maine, Fran’s Flowers, Home Depot, Lowe’s, River’s Edge, Root Pouch, Stearns Farm, Walmart and Weston Nurseries.
Because of your kindness, we were able to supply 85 starter grow kits to families in our Framingham community at the City’s Earth Day festival on April 25. Your generous donations have supported 329 individuals/families since the start of our Community Giving Garden program in 2023 by empowering members to access and grow their own nutritious vegetables, and donate a portion to support their community.
